Most useful: last 3–6 months of business bank statements, a recent P&L, and AR aging if you have receivables. Redact anything you prefer, account numbers aren't needed for the read.
What exactly do I get back?
A written read in plain English: how your deposit pattern, margins, leverage, and receivables would look to a credit team; the two or three items most likely to drive an approval, decline, or price; and which financing structures fit the file as-is versus after fixes. It reads like the memo an underwriter writes internally, except addressed to you.
Who sees my documents?
Only our review team. Documents are stored encrypted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, are never sold or shared with anyone, including funding partners, unless you explicitly ask us for an introduction afterward, and are deleted on request at any time.
Why is this free?
Two disclosed reasons: some businesses later ask us for introductions to funding partners, who may pay us referral fees when a deal closes; and some engage us for paid consulting to improve their profile. The review itself carries no obligation to do either.
