01 / Accounts Receivable
Invoices over 90 days, cross-aged balances, affiliate and foreign accounts, contra accounts, disputed or consigned invoices, retainage, and any amount above the concentration cap.
Commonly 75–85%.
02 / Inventory
Work in process, obsolete and slow-moving stock, goods in transit, consigned inventory, and anything at a location without a landlord or warehouse waiver.
Applied to appraised value. Finished goods 40–60%; raw materials lower; WIP usually 0%.
Hard cap on how much inventory can contribute. Leave blank if none.
03 / Reserves & Facility
Dilution, landlord/rent, payroll and sales tax, availability blocks.
Availability is capped at this, even if collateral supports more.
